Returns and exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we are happy to assist you!

Online purchases made through the Site are valid for exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days from the ship date.

All returned or exchanged items must be unworn and undamaged with all tags attached. Jewelry must be in its original packaging. All returned items must be accompanied by the packing slip.

Sale merchandise and e-gift cards are all final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.
